Opening, releasing and relaxing. The class is focusing on relaxing the mind and body through breathing to remove physical and mental tension

BACKBENDING AND HIP OPENING
Specialized practice that focuses on lengthening and opening the spine not only backward and forward, but as well lateral. Safe and deep backbending involves opening the pelvis, hip flexor, upper back and shoulder. Hip opening poses help to remove stress and tightness from the hip. Flexible hips can to ease backpain.

VINYASA AND BANDHA
The class is tailored to cater students to understand how to jump through and jump back, to improve student's physical ability through understanding how to use bandha to do proper vinyasa.
