This workshop is for people who wish to improve the flexibility of lumbar region as well as the limbic system. The mind is the malleable organ balanced on the tip of the spine, and mental creativity is directly linked to the spinal column. This practice is well suited to people wanting to enhance the fluid, adaptive quality of the mind as well as creatives looking for additional inspiration.
Every Saturday
VINYASA AND BANDHA
Bandha is the Sanskrit term to lock or bind, which is used in Yoga to refer to the energy locks of the body. Like network of wind tunnels, we can block off certain tunnels to redirect more wind, or energy, down certain routes. In the body these energy channels transmit prana, our life force energy, to parts of the body needing more vigor. As major energy channels open up the body harmonizes, increasing overall energy and positive attitude.

Vinyasa refers to the transition that links two different asana poses. Breath in the link that unites each movement, so Vinyasa is moving breath. This special workshop developed by Nilesh Tiwari improves your physical stamina through utilizing the correct energy locks in vinyasa flow. Core stretching and creating space in the upper and lower body is additional feature of this class.
Every Sunday
SURFAYOGA WORKSHOP
Nilesh Tiwari shares routines especially created to care for the surfer’s physique, surf
needs and development. There is a focus on core strength as well as the mastery of
various breathing techniques. These techniques release physical blockages and create
more flexibility in the joints, a necessary skill that lets the body emulate the fluid state
of water. Practiced regularly on their own, these exercises can lead to the natural high
surfers experience when surfing, which is very similar to yogic elevated states. This
class offers the chance to achieve a zen state in action, developing pure awareness in
the ocean of bliss.
